After I took the trash out this morning, I hoped in the car and took off for work. I put some PURELL hand sanitizer to clean up my hands from the trash dumpster. I got to the office and my fingertips started to BURN. Holy crap. What the hell kind of alcohol is in Purell? I just talked to my boss about it and she said "UH. TOXIC. Go to Safecosmetics.org."

DUH, right? I mean our org supports the Safe Cosmetics campaign and I'm ignoring our own work. Check out the new article on top - cancer-causing chemicals in baby bath products. NICE.

I do appreciate the SAFER companies list. [Note to self: I should really go back to Kiss My Face products.]

After my psychotic rant about my theory class, I got my first paper back from the Prof. An A! I can't believe it. I'm the biggest (and fattest) 'tard in writing papers and I got an A! AND she said I did a really good job on my presentation last night. *blink blink - jaw dropping* That's interesting because I literally read my [second] paper to the class. I think the class held back on their comments on my presentation. Last week, they ripped apart my classmate's presentation. I know, I know, it's pessimistic.

Other random thoughts:

• Check out HSBC's online savings promotion! 6.0% interest until April!
• Bubba and I are looking to buy clay poker chips. After playing with the Valley gang and my mom's family, we need our own chips!
  
• Loads of homework, not enough time in the day to do it all.

We're back from our crazy trip. I'm debating on getting to campus tomorrow for a student council strategic planning meeting (and to buy my books for next week - semester starts tomorrow!). Then again, I'd rather drive to Starbucks and sit there for a few hours to relish my $1.40 coffee. Oh how I missed good coffee...

I took about 900+ 1,000 photos - I would have taken more but Bubba started to complain that I was taking photos of random things. Hey! They're not random to me. I HAD to take a picture of that asshole French guy to show what an asshole he was. I HAD to take a picture of bidet in our hotel room because when else will I ever go in a toilet with a bidet? :p

I'm having a tough time with this Vox thing. For the longest time, I kept debating if I should switch and make known to friends (non-blogger) that I blogged. The privacy settings seem to be great. I just don't make the time to actually concentrate on learning this.
